My special featured products for this post are:
a.) Stevia Sugar
I recently switched from taking regular cane sugar into using healthier options such as agave or stevia. Back in the Philippines, stevia wasn’t that common. But now, I can use it whenever I want! As a sweetener for juice or baking products. It is the BOMB. What’s better than something that make things sweeter with no calories? So if you’re asking, is stevia healthy? Most studies say it is, but do your research. I have researched enough in major health authority sites to conclude that stevia is safe for use. Is stevia healthy? b.) Pyrex 24-piece storage set
Seriously, what could be better than having a cookware that’s oven safe, dishwasher safe and microwave safe…oh! And freezer safe! It’s safe almost everywhere! I love pyrex 24-piece storage set because I can use it to pack lunches, as a salad bowl, a meal container, baking container, and many more! It is just so functional and once you have this, you won’t miss your other plastic containers. I used the circular pyrex containers to bake the best bread pudding recipe. Of course, you have to remove the rubber lid. Click here to get your own.

Procedure for the best bread pudding recipe
Start by breaking the bread into bit sized pieces in both bowls. Once this is done, put all the wet ingredients such as egg, milk and water and mix until you achieve a batter-like consistency. If you want a chunky pudding, don’t mix too much. if you want a smooth pudding, mix evenly. Then add the rest of your ingredients in each of the respective bowls. Easy, right?
Next, bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until golden brown on the outside. You can also use a fork to check. it doesn’t have to be clean when the fork gets pulled out during baking, but it must have some solidity and the batter-y texture is gone. Remove to cool. If you want it warm, reheat later on at lower temperatures, or bring to the refrigerator to cool.
Voila! Here is your bread pudding, two flavors in one that your family will enjoy.
