Boost immune system naturally: Is it possible?
Before I lived in the United States, I guess I could say that I am quite a sickly person. I would have asthma attacks twice a year and some colds or a sore throat for a month. However, when I started paying attention to my body and understand why I had a weak immune system, it all made sense.
Now, the only time I got very sick was when I went home to the Philippines and caught a cold. For the most part, I am mostly well because I started practicing these tips I will be sharing in my blog, as inspired by Soulistic Ambs.
Please take note that I am not a medical expert–if you have serious immune issues, do consult your doctor. These tips are based on my experience and what worked for me.

Taking organic supplements
Since the spread of COVID, I took extra measures for my family to have organic supplements at home. Organic supplements such as the Soulistic Ambs Organic Elderberry Elixir really helped strengthen my family’s immune system.
Did you know that elderberries are packed with antioxidants and vitamins that boost the immune system? Of course, not all places have fresh elderberries available in the market, and this is where an Organic Elderberry Elixir can come through. This special supplement also comes with a dosage instruction for children, adults, and instructions for when you are sick. The best thing about organic supplements is they have little to no side effects.
Whether you are looking to boost immune system after COVID or adding something healthy in your line of defense, organic supplements are what you can consider.
Eating more whole foods
We live in a time where everything comes in a can, a plastic bag, or a box. In fact, some of these products are even cheaper rather than fresh items. Tempting as it may seem for your budget and taste buds, eating high levels of processed food can actually lower your immune system.
I started the habit of eating more whole foods. This can be done by proper meal planning. By listing down your breakfast, lunch, and dinner plus a grocery list to go with it, you can make versatile meals using fresh ingredients.
For example, a salad at lunch can turn into a vegetable fritter for the next day. The same vegetables can be a filling for an egg roll. Do you get my drift? You can use the same vegetables, fruits, and other whole food in bulk.
Of course, if you don’t always have the access to whole food, adding drinks such as the Soulistic Ambs Elderberry Elixir can also help. You can boost immune system by vitamins and minerals contained in concentrated drinks such as these. Each bottle contains fresh, organic elderberries that can give you a dose of vitamins that you would also get from fresh whole foods.
Treating initial symptoms right away
Another practice that I learned is to treat initial symptoms right away and attack an ailment full force. When I used to have asthma, my sickness would progress from a sore throat, a runny nose, a cough, then a full blown tightness of the chest. Now, I rarely have these as try to practice how to boost immune system naturally with my strategies.
When an itchy throat or a mild cold looms, I drink Soulistic Ambs Organic Elderberry Elixir right away. Lemon tea and ginger also helps. I do not allow the sickness to progress, and I drink lots of water even during mild ailments. Common respiratory problems usually progress when people don’t kill the virus right away in the nasopharyngeal tract. By being mindful, you can stop or lessen the worsening of symptoms.
Manage stress
Last but not the least, try to manage the stressors you experience. I know this may sound difficult but it worked wonders for me. I organized my to-do list, prioritized my tasks and cleaned my environment to stop stress from taking over my life.
I also noticed I got less sick when I started to work from home and cut back on the hours I spend at work. If a situation is something you can’t control, perhaps you can also change the way you perceive it. Instead of focusing on your overwhelm, try to focus on the current step you need to do and work on it one thing at a time.
I hope these tips on how to boost immune system naturally help you out! Don’t forget to check Soulistic Ambs for their wonderful health elixirs and organic candles:
